Ruffle Neck Baby Dress - Floral Breeze

Our design team wanted to create an immensely wearable, picture-perfect dress. This sweet ruffle neck dress hits all the right notes featuring an old-fashioned hi-lo waist and ruffle neckline with overlap back detail, the softer than soft cotton/spandex fabric has just the right amount of stretch. Pair with legging and a cardigan to complete the look. Falls below-mid-thigh.
